Televisa signed alliance with Exim Licensing for Argentina

Thanks to this strategic alliance these two companies will combine their best components to offer appealing commercialization plans

Televisa Consumer Products, subsidiary of Grupo Televisa, established an agreement with Exim Licensing Group to design and supervise licensing and merchandising strategies within the Argentinean Republic, so, both companies will have a major presence since May.

“Argentina has turned into the key region for our expansion, besides it forms part of the strategy of Televisa to develop and commercialize contents of several parts of the world. Now, thanks to this strategic alliance we combine the best components of every company to offer appealing commercialization plans”, said Maca Rotter, general director of Televisa Consumer Products.

She added that with this new relation, Televisa will contribute with the property management expertise within the 360 degrees model that has characterized our contents.

“We are motivated for contributing with the experience and know how after many years of this joint operation. Eximhas a wide knowledge of the region, production and implementation of live shows summed to important developments in the premium area, technology and trading so as to maximize the results and business possibilities”, stated Elias Hofman, president of Exim Licensing Group.

Finally, both companies set forth that they have a team with more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, based on the use of brands and multi-target characters like El Chavo, Rebelde, Star Wars, Yo Gabba Gabba, Barney, Strawberry Shortcake, Thomas The Tank, Sesame Street, among others.
