Little by little information upon the fraud comes to light: AMLO

Some legislators from PRI had made declarations that question the legitimacy of Calderon’s presidency

After a strong discussion between members of the parties PRI and PAN in the deputies’ chamber, where some of the members of PRI questioned the legitimacy of the presidency f Felipe Calderon, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) said he trusted that little by little more confessions will be revealed upon the electoral fraud in the presidential elections of 2006.

In an interview with La Jornada, the former presidential candidate assured that little by little the electoral fraud will be finally confessed by the politicians and businessmen which were part of it on 2006.

During the few last days, in the middle of the conflict held with PAN, some legislators from PRI have made declarations that question the legitimacy of the President. Last Tuesday the deputy from PRI Cesar Augusto Santiago said that an agreement between PRI and PAN allowed Calderon to occupy the presidential chair in 2006.

The day after, the deputy Ruben Moreira Valdes shouted during the session in the Chamber that Felipe Calderon “Stole the presidency. He is a usurper, hi is illegitimate, his government is over, hi is locked up at los Pinos surrounded by guards” And after hearing this declarations some of Mr. Moreira’s partners began to chorus “Fake, Fake Fake…”

Lopez Obrador said that it is time to ask for explanation after the evidence that has come out in the last few days upon the alleged electoral fraud of 2006 and said that we ought to demand that the former president Carlos Salinas, the Union manager Elba Esther Gordillo, the business men Roberto Hernandez, Claudio X. Gonzalez, Emilio and Gaston Azcarraga, Jose Luis
Barraza, etc to make the corresponding clarifications because “it is not only Calderon’s fall, but also of those who imposed him in the presidency”

"Plenty of testimonies are missing. Some are going to be very difficult to get, but let’s not rule anything g put” said the leftwing leader to La Jornada journal.

This is going to be cleared up in the end; said Mr. Lopez “time and reality are going to en up proving us right” stated the former candidate to the presidency and added that the conflict between PRI and PAN is a fictional scenario. (El Semanario Agencia, ESA)
